According to U.S. media, Motion Picture Association (MPAA) announced data from the global box office in 2010 up to 31.8 billion, a record high.
Motion Picture Association said that 31.8 billion in 2010 worldwide at the box office, compared with 2009 increased by 8%. Among them, the U.S. and Canada box office in North America reached its peak last year, but the specific box-office figures with 2009's 10.6 billion U.S. dollars flat.
Other countries and regions at the box office, compared to 2009 increased by 13%, the highest increase was undoubtedly the Asia-Pacific region, up to 21%.
